We don’t predict the future, we work for it

NOA SZŐLLŐS

“SINCE MY CHILDHOOD, LIFE WITHOUT SKIING WAS UNIMAGINABLE FOR ME. BUT TO LIVE MY LIFE LIKE THIS, I HAVE TO KEEP DEVELOPING. KÄSTLE ENABLES ME TO DO JUST THAT. I CAN STAND ON MY SKIS WITH TOTAL CONFIDENCE AND FULLY CONCENTRATE ON MY SKIING AND TECHNIQUE BECAUSE I KNOW THAT I AM SAFE ON MY SKIS.”

Standing on skis for the first time at the age of two, Noa realized that skiing will always be a big part of her life. After having a tremendous first FIS season, she is now aiming to take a spot at the top of her year. Coming from a family of skiers, Noa had a clear view of the struggles and the competitiveness of the skiing world, but she never let that discourage her. After making herself known for winning two medals at the 2020 Youth Olympic Games, she now aims to climb higher and higher in the world rankings, especially in her favorite disciplines, GS and SG. Stepping into her brothers’ footsteps, she now studies in Waidhofen an der Ybbs. Speaking three languages fluently she’s always ready to travel around the world. And whenever she’s not skiing or in school, she can be found doing her favorite things outside like cycling around on endless roads or climbing the highest walls with her brother.

BENJAMIN SZŐLLŐS

“WHAT IS POSSIBLE? WHERE ARE MY PHYSICAL AND MENTAL LIMITS, AND HOW FAR CAN I EXTEND THEM? THIS CURIOSITY, THIS STRIVING FOR ANSWERS, IS WHAT DRIVES ME FORWARD AND CONNECTS ME TO KÄSTLE. BECAUSE ONLY THROUGH THE MAXIMUM USE OF BODY AND MATERIAL CAN THE LINE BE REACHED THAT ULTIMATELY DECIDES BETWEEN VICTORY AND DEFEAT.”

At the age of three, Benjamin, the Hungarian by birth, got on the ski for the first time. At that time, his father was the coach of the Israeli national team. Benjamin accompanied his father to training camps and world championships when he was young. So, he had an early insight into the life of a skier. The family made it possible for Benjamin to pursue his dreams, which is why he moved to Austria with his mother and siblings at the age of seven. 16 years later, Benjamin took part in four world championships, collected 27 FIS podiums, of which he won 7 races. In addition to his athletic career, school education is not neglected in his life. Benjamin speaks fluent in three languages and graduated from high school in Austria and is currently studying corporate management in Vienna. He prefers to spend his time off-piste in the water while windsurfing or water-skiing.

BARNABÁS SZŐLLŐS

“ALPINE SKI RACING IS A DEMANDING SPORT BOTH ON THE BODY AND THE SKIS. KÄSTLE HAS THE PERFECT SKIS, EVEN IN THE MOST CHALLENGING RACING CONDITIONS. STABILITY AND CONTROL ARE OUTSTANDING AND GIVE ME THE BEST FEELING AND JOY THAT I CAN EXPECT FROM WORLD-CLASS SKIS.”

Born in Budapest, Hungary Barnabas Szollos moved to Austria at a young age to master the arts of ski racing. Over the last few years, he scored over 25 podium places in Fis, on the 2016 Youth Olympic Games, he was ranked among the top 10 athletes in Slalom. 2018 and 2019, he placed top twenty at the Junior World Championship in downhill skiing.
